Game keeps crashing

Im running the walking dead michonne on my my ipad air 2 with de latest version of iOS but I cant play de third episode because de app always crashes rigth before finishing the episodes download. The other 2 episodes played nicely
I already tried deleting and reinstalling de game with no sucess. If this problem persists I would like my money back please.
